DAKM Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Indonesia, in collaboration with Underdogs, South Korea, proudly presents the Indonesian Environmental & Energy Young Entrepreneur Project (2025–2026). This international program is designed to empower university students and early-stage entrepreneurs to develop innovative business ideas in the fields of environment and energy. Through a combination of training, mentoring, and networking, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their entrepreneurial skills while contributing to solutions for global challenges.
The program is open to two categories of participants. The first category is university students who do not yet own a business but have a startup idea or business model related to the environment or energy sectors. The second category is early-stage entrepreneurs, which includes both students and alumni who have founded a business within the last three years and are actively operating in the environment or energy sectors.
Participants will benefit from AI-based training, one-on-one coaching and expert lectures, activity grants, and investor roundtables (for those who qualify for Round 2). In addition, the program offers a total prize pool of IDR 100 million for the best performers.
The registration period for university students is open from August 21 to September 12, 2025, while early-stage entrepreneurs may register between August 21 and September 28, 2025. The training and events will run from September 2025 to February 2026.
This is a valuable opportunity for young innovators to learn, grow, and build international networks while advancing sustainable business ideas in the environment and energy sectors.
